If liquidity is unlocked or controlled by the team, it can be removed, leaving holders with thin or unusable markets.
VALUE RECOVERY INFRASTRUCTURE FOR TOKENS
Your token, backed from the first block.
Launch with reserves beneath the token, optional escrow for project runway, and recovery rules defined before trading. Backing can grow while the token is active.
Market value moves freely. The reserve line changes only when backing or supply changes.
Built for Solana. Defined before trading.
THE PROBLEM
Launching is easy. Protecting holders afterward is not.
A project can raise capital, release funds, then slow down or abandon development. Holders have no built-in way to force delivery.
When a project dies, the token may keep trading while treasury and liquidity remain inaccessible, with no defined path to return value to holders.
Explore the contract constraints
The founder safeguard can cancel a malicious recovery proposal. It cannot initiate a payout or redirect reserves. The boundaries of other emergency governance powers are pending publication.
THE FLOW
Scroll through the token lifecycle.
Scroll from launch to recovery and see what changes at each stage.
LAUNCH
The token starts with something underneath it.
An isolated treasury and contract-owned liquidity sit beneath the token from launch. Escrow is optional; if used, its schedule is fixed before trading.
BUILD
Runway releases automatically.
If escrow is used, tranches unlock on schedule without a vote. Holders can pause, resume or advance the next tranche, but nobody can rewrite the schedule.
TRADE
Activity leaves something behind.
Transactions and minting add backing while the token is active. A minter pays into the reserve and receives tokens in return.
RECOVER
The ending is already written.
After governance approves recovery, liquidity and unspent escrow consolidate into the treasury, unsold and unvested tokens burn, and reserves distribute pro rata to holders.
THE LAYER UNDERNEATH
A reserve asset needs its own contingency.
Backed by its own isolated treasury.
Backed by its base asset and strengthened across the protocol.
A reserve outside the project's own crypto risk, and the final fallback if the base asset itself were to fail.

The essentials, answered directly.
The short version before you go deeper.
Transmuter is value recovery infrastructure for tokens on Solana. Tokens launch with an isolated treasury, contract-owned liquidity and recovery rules defined before trading.
Escrow is optional. If used, its schedule is fixed before trading.
No. Transmuter cannot move a project treasury, take its reserves, mint its token or redirect holder funds.
The founder safeguard is cancel-only: it can stop a malicious recovery proposal, not create one.
A team cannot withdraw the treasury at will. If escrow is configured, tranches unlock automatically on the schedule fixed before launch.
Holders can pause, resume or advance the next tranche, but nobody can rewrite the schedule.
Transmuter does not prevent failure, vet teams or guarantee price. Reserves are worth what their assets are worth.
Escrow is optional, and governance cannot rewrite its schedule after trading begins.
